南吉拉-桑布利

南吉拉-桑布利（NanjiraSambuli）是一名研究员、政策分析师和宣传战略家，她对信息和通信技术的应用所产生的影响以及这些影响对治理、媒体、创业和文化的影响非常感兴趣，并致力于了解这些影响对性别问题的影响。

Sambuli is a commissioner on the Lancet & Financial Times Global Commission on Governing Health Futures 2030; a board member at The New Humanitarian , Development Gateway, and Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL); and co-chair of the Transform Health Coalition. She is also a Ford Global Fellow. Sambuli also advises the World Economic Forum on its Preparing Civil Society for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Technology and Social Justice initiatives and the  <A+> Alliance for Inclusive Algorithms. She is on the advisory board for Latitude: Rethinking Power Relations – for a decolonised and non-racial world at the Goethe Institut.

桑布利在万维网基金会（World Wide Web Foundation）领导政策宣传工作，以促进互联网接入和使用方面的数字平等，并管理该基金会的妇女在线权利工作。她曾在内罗毕的 iHub 工作，为东非地区技术创新研究的发展提供战略指导。她曾担任联合国秘书长数字合作高级别小组成员、英国国际发展部数字顾问小组成员、英国公民在线民主（mySociety）理事，以及联合国秘书长妇女经济赋权高级别小组副主席。

为表彰她的工作，桑布利于 2016 年入选《新非洲杂志》"100 位最具影响力的非洲人"，并于 2019 年入选英国广播公司 "100 位鼓舞人心和有影响力的女性"。
