玛格丽特-摩尔（Margaret Moore）是加拿大皇后大学政治研究系教授。
她著有《自由主义的基础》（Foundations of Liberalism）（1993 年）、《民族主义的伦理》（The Ethics of Nationalism）（2001 年），并与艾伦-布坎南（Allen Buchanan）合编了《国家、民族与边界》（States, Nations and Borders）（2003 年）：The Ethics of Making Boundaries》（2003 年）。她正在研究身份政治和全球正义理论。
